Detox is a Fool’s Errand
You will never find a detox diet on this site for one simple reason the human body according to every legitimate scientific body has a natural and efficient method for doing so through the liver and kidneys. If you have limited function with these two organs then a medical professional can provide you with the appropriate diet. We as Gastronomer do focus on whole foods. A balance diet, exercise and moderation has generally provided for good health.
Variety is helpful to preventing food fatigue. Vibrant colors, intense or new flavors can keep food interesting. Food is not the enemy to be conquered. Good food is one of things that makes life more pleasant. It is way to connect the past to the present. It is an opportunity for families to take a break from busy schedules as reconnect while building stronger bonds. Food is a way to explore different cultures and develop a better understand for how people live.
Detox if you must but I would highly recommend letting your body do what comes naturally.
