    whisk eggs and water together. You do not want add air to the egg.

    Place butter in a edium frying pan over medium low heat.

    You want the butter to bubble light. Pour Egg mixture into pan.

    With a spatula you want to gentle stir the eggs in the center working your way gentely outward.

    When the egg is almost set fold the egg torwards the middle.

    Slide the omelette onto a plate add salt to taste. Eat immediately.
